As well as the oodles of family-friendly shows in the Fringe Festival – including OH LOOK our own one, at 3:55pm in Assembly Roxy – there are also some great shows pitched at kids in the Edinburgh Book Festival. You can find the full programme on their website, and search it by age or the name of the author/illustrator you’d like to find. The Book Festival is located near Bristo Square, so maybe 15 minutes walk from the Pleasance Courtyard & Assembly Roxy, and 5 minutes from the Gilded Balloon Teviot and Pleasance Dome.
